International Women’s Day 2025 is a time to celebrate progress, amplify voices, and continue to drive meaningful change — all in support of this year’s theme: "Accelerate Action."

At Clearcover, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone who identifies with and supports women’s advancement can thrive. That’s why our Women in Insurance and Technology (WIIT) Employee Resource Group (ERG) is proud to host this year’s celebration. WIIT creates opportunities for connection, growth and inspiration through keynote speakers, panel events and networking opportunities aimed at breaking down barriers in insurance and technology. As we mark this important day, we recognize that accelerating action means converting intention into impact – pushing beyond conversations and taking real steps toward gender equity.
