Vikki Caruso Honored by Crain's Chicago

Clearcover is pleased to announce that Vikki Caruso, our Executive Vice President of People, has been named one of Chicago's 2022 “Notable Executives in HR and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion” by Crain’s Chicago Business.  

Vikki has been instrumental in scaling Clearcover's Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Council and championing its events such as educational panel discussions during Black History, Pride, and Disability Pride months.

Through a period of exponential growth at Clearcover, Vikki has worked tirelessly to maintain our people-first culture.  As she told Authority Magazine in an interview last year, "If you treat people with respect, empathy and humility throughout their entire journey of employment, it helps build a really strong culture." 

Vikki puts this philosophy into practice through her efforts with the HR team that support the mental health of all employees, ensure that Clearcover-ers across the country feel connected, and create a workplace where everyone can show up to work as their true selves and contribute to their maximum potential.
